A mountaineering boot for traditionalists. A triple welt joins the full-grain Swiss leather upper to a rigid double intermediate sole with Vibram Montagna outersole. This boot is suitable for crampons and is extremely comfortable thanks in part to it's double tongue and Meindl Air-Active drysole. If you want a boot for the next decade, this is it.

Still done by hand, the tradition of double-stitched footwear requires absolute mastery and only very few shoemakers still command the skill to do it. Meindl shoes and boots with genuine double-stitching stand out with their high quality of workmanship and outstandingly long service life.
