A European legend. Made of one piece russian leather, these boots have excellent waterproofing. In combination with the heavy duty norwegian welt you can say goodbye to your Gore-tex boots forever. The Vibram Montagna sole provides excellent grip in rough terrain and is suitable for crampons (not step-ins).

Still done by hand, the tradition of double-stitched footwear requires absolute mastery and only very few shoemakers still command the skill to do it. Meindl shoes and boots with genuine double-stitching stand out with their high quality of workmanship and outstandingly long service life.
