The Fjallraven Luhkka Cape is an excellent shelter layer that protects against snow, sleet and windy conditions. Modeled after the tradition Luhkka worn by the Sami people who are indigenous to the Arctic regions of Sweden, Norway, Finland and Russia, this piece of clothing is designed to provide shelter and warmth while also provide ultimate mobility and ventilation when working hard.
